Dmitri Rubin

Dimitri Rubin is COO and VP of engineering for Rosum Corporation. He has more than 17 years of experience in digital signal processing design and implementation of real-time communication systems.

Prior to Rosum, Rubin was the first non-founding member of the engineering team at Wheels of Zeus, where he was responsible for design and implementation of the Wheels of Zeus proprietary wireless network.

Before joining Wheels of Zeus, Rubin served as director of engineering at nBand Communications, where he was responsible for design and implementation of the 802.11a standard on nBand’s proprietary nFlex vector processor.

Prior to nBand, he managed DSP software development for IS-95 baseband ICs at VLSI Technology, and was program manager for CDMA-2000 mobile chipset development at Philips Semiconductor after Philips’ acquisition of VLSI Technology.

Rubin received his MSEE with honors from Bonch-Bruevich St. Petersburg Telecommunication University.
