The U.S. Air Force GPS Wing will bring back its GPS Partnership Council event this May after a five-year hiatus. It will be held at the Gordon Conference Center, Bldg. 270, at the Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), Los Angeles Air Force Base. The event is a networking opportunity for United States GPS supporters in government and industry. Organizers are aiming for a free exchange of ideas,
especially in the areas of user equipment, satellite and payload
technology, and resource sharing during emergencies. The event will include two days of planned sessions and a military and industry exhibition. Registration is limited to U.S. citizens, but otherwise is open up to the facility limit of 350 attendees.

The planned sessions consist of four tracks and include presenters from the Defense Department, the government, civil and corporate GPS organizations:
1. GPS Enterprise and National PNT (Position, Navigation and Timing) and Civil GPS Overview
2. Civil and Commercial Session
3. Military Session (Space, Command & Control, User Equipment, and Engineering)
4. Industry Panel Outbrief
