Kevin Judge has 24 years of experience in radio-navigation technology with extensive experience in algorithm development for GPS and network-based navigation.

Judge served as an advisor to the cellular and general navigation sub-teams. He has helped to shape location standards for CDMA and UMTS networks as a contributing member of both 3GPP and 3GPP2.

He works as an independent consultant operating as Judge Software Systems, Inc.
