The State Research Center of Russia - Central Scientific & Research Institute "Elektropribor" - sponsors this annual event, a forum for scientists and engineers all over the world who are involved in navigation, motion control and guidance.

Conference topics include Navigation, Control and Guidance systems; inertial systems and sensors, the GNSSes and augmentation systems; MEMS; integrated navigation systems for land, maritime,and aerospace applications; algorithms and software. The conference does not cover military systems.

It is held in English and Russian.
