Liang Heng

Liang Heng is a Ph.D. candidate under the guidance of Professor Per Enge in the Electrical Engineering Department at Stanford University.

He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. His current research interests include GNSS signal processing and GPS modernization.
