Martin Ripple

Martin U. Ripple has been managing director of Thales ATM in Melbourne, Australia, since July 2007. Prior to that appointment, Ripple had worked at EADS since shortly after the merger of DASA, Aerospatiale Matra and CASA in 2000. His original position was head of the Group Strategic Planning process. From July 2002 to July 2007, he was responsible for the Galileo program within the EADS SPACE division.

He graduated with a degree in mechanical and aeronautical engineering from the Eidgenoessische Technische Hochschule (ETH), Zurich, in 1994.
