Penina "Penny" Axelrad

Penina (Penny) Axelrad is professor and associate chair of aerospace engineering sciences at the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a member of the Colorado Center for Astrodynamics Research.

Her research focuses on aerospace applications of GPS.
