Ulf Bestmann

Ulf Bestmann received a Dipl.-Ing. in mechanical engineering from the Technische Universität Braunschweig. He is employed as a research engineer at the Institute of Flight Guidance of the Technische Universität Braunschweig, where he is head of the navigation department.

He works in the areas of applied satellite and inertial navigation,
GBAS, pseudolite testbeds, real-time measurement systems and
visualization.

Together with three colleagues, Bestmann established the company messWERK GmbH in 2004, which specializes in flight testing of small and medium aircraft and real-time measurement and recording techniques.
