Gary McGraw

Dr. Gary McGraw is a principal systems engineer with the Advanced Technology Center of Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where he works in navigation system technology development with an emphasis on precision approach and landing systems.

He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and mathematics from Iowa State University, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from UCLA.
