John Studenny is the aviation GPS product manager for CMC Electronics and is responsible for aviation GPS/WAAS/LAAS/GALILEO product development.

He currently chairs the Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) working group (WG-2, SC-159) at RTCA, Inc., and oversees the development of the latest WAAS minimum operational performance standards or MOPS (RTCA/DO-229D).
