Richard Keegan

Richard Keegan is an independent GPS consultant specializing in receiver architecture and signal processing, including consumer and embedded GPS.

He has been involved in radionavigation receiver development for more than 30 years, including over 20 years of GPS commercial receiver development.

Prior to becoming a consultant Keegan was the director of engineering for Magnavox Commercial GPS and technology director for Leica GPS.

Keegan holds numerous GPS-related patents including receiver architectures, multipath mitigation, and semi-codeless tracking of L2.
