Victor Kosenko

Victor Kosenko, First Deputy General Designer, NPO PM (Zheleznogorsk, Russia), candidate of technical sciences has been awarded with State Prizes.

He has participated in geodetic projects based on GEO-IK satellites, the first-generation navigation system project based on TSIKADA satellites and the second-generation navigation system project based on GLONASS, GLONASS-M satellites, as well as MOLNIYA and EXPRESS-M communications satellites projects.
