Vladimir Bartenev

Vladimir Bartenev, Deputy General Designer, NPO PM (Zheleznogorsk, Russia), is Head of the faculty of mechanics and management processes, Krasnoyarsky State University, doctor of technical sciences, and professor.

He has been awarded the USSR Council of Ministers Prize and the Russian Federation State Prize. Professor Doctor Bartenev has participated in the MOLNIYA and EXPRESS communications satellites projects, as well as the second-generation navigation system project based on GLONASS and GLONASS-M satellites.
