John McHale

John McHale is retired from NAVAIRSYSCOM and the Institute for Defense Analyses and has held many offices with the U.S. Institute of Navigation.

He accompanied his wife, Carolyn McHale, to China when she attended meetings of Women in Technology as a delegate with People to People.
