Paul D. Blunt was a student in SSC where he gained his Ph.D on the basis of the research described in the Spring 2008 article Double Estimator–A New Receiver Principle for Tracking BOC signals

He now works for the U.K. company QinetiQ. His research interests are acquisition, tracking, and digital signal processing techniques for GNSS receivers.
