Jason Rife![]() Jason Rife is an assistant professor of mechanical engineering at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, USA. He received his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Stanford University in 2004. Before joining the faculty at Tufts, he served as a research associate in the Stanford GPS lab where he participated in development of the Local Area Augmentation System (LAAS) and the Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS).
